2005-09-02 [Ocean Dreaming]: PS and MSPaint can't be compared, although Paint is good practice for drawing with a mouse. Knowing Paint doesn't help you navigate around Photoshop. You could always download Th GIMP though. It's free and just as powerful as advanced programs like Photoshop. ^-^

With these programs it's using whatever floats your boat. Find demo versions of commercial programs if possible, use them and get whatever you find most comfortable. ^-^
